Checked October 2026. Every figure on this page comes from the programme’s own website or documentation, as we read it on 10 October 2026. Where a programme does not publish something, we write “not stated”. We have not estimated or filled gaps from third-party reviews. Terms change, so check the programme’s own page before you rely on a number.
This page is about referral income: what you earn when someone you refer signs up and works with a network. If you are choosing a network to buy or sell traffic, see our ranking of adult traffic networks instead.

What actually differs
1. Who you are allowed to refer
This matters more than the percentage. CrakRevenue pays on affiliates who promote its offers. ExoClick, Adsterra and TrafficStars pay on publishers who sell traffic. ExoClick says outright that it has no advertiser referral programme [3]. JuicyAds narrows it further: the 20% applies to referred publishers “who sell direct ad spots to advertisers” [9]. TrafficJunky is the only one here that rewards referring advertisers [10].
2. What the percentage is a percentage of
- CrakRevenue: 5% of the referred affiliate’s earnings [2].
- ExoClick: 5% of the revenue generated by each new approved publisher [3].
- Adsterra: 5% of the referred publisher’s revenue (its FAQ also says “profit”) [5].
- TrafficStars: 5% of the referred publisher’s earnings [7].
- JuicyAds: 20% of JuicyAds’ commission, not of the publisher’s revenue [9]. JuicyAds’ default commission is 25% [9], so on a $100 direct sale the referral share works out at 20% of $25, or $5, if the default rate applies.
- TrafficJunky: a share of the referred advertiser’s spend, set in your account and paid as credit [10].
- PopCash: 10%; the basis is not stated [11].
3. How long it lasts
CrakRevenue (“for life”) [1][2], ExoClick (while the referral remains active) [3] and JuicyAds (“indefinitely, subject to change”) [9] are open-ended. TrafficStars is open-ended only while you stay active: you must receive at least one payout every 12 months [7]. TrafficJunky pays only for a referral period [10]. Adsterra and PopCash don’t state a duration.
4. Eligibility and restrictions
- CrakRevenue: no self-referrals, no members of the same household, no multiple accounts, no spam [2]. Identity validation is required for affiliates [1].
- ExoClick: you may not refer your own accounts; ad networks are not eligible; Google Ads campaigns that contain or target the ExoClick brand are not allowed; ExoClick can suspend accounts from the programme or stop it at any time [3].
- Adsterra: register and generate an invite link. Its FAQ says there are “no limits or conditions for topics, niches, types of advertising, GEO” [5]. Wire and local bank transfers require KYC [6].
- TrafficStars: only publishers who have already received their first payout can join; no spam or unethical behaviour [7].
- JuicyAds: no self-referral, payment to one account only; self-dealing leads to termination and a permanent ban [9].
- TrafficJunky: no self-referral, no referring existing users; TrafficJunky can decline a referral or end the programme at any time [10].
Programme notes
CrakRevenue
An affiliate (CPA) network, not an ad network. The referral link recruits affiliates, and you earn 5% of what they earn for as long as they work with CrakRevenue [1][2]. Payouts are in USD with a $100 minimum for MassPay, Paxum and PayPal, and $500 for Bitcoin and wire. Unpaid balances carry over to the next period [1].
ExoClick
Publisher-to-publisher only [3]. Referral earnings start when the referred publisher is approved and receiving payments; referrals that haven’t met the criteria show as “Inactive or Pending Approval” [3]. ExoClick’s general publisher payout thresholds and schedule are in the table [4]. Its documentation does not say whether referral earnings follow the same schedule.
Adsterra
5% of referred publishers’ revenue, and the referral page encourages promotion through YouTube, social networks, forums, blogs, banners and reviews [5]. Referral income shows in your balance alongside your own earnings, and payouts run automatically twice a month [6].
TrafficStars
5% on referred publishers, with a “lifetime span” as long as you are an active publisher [7]. We could not read TrafficStars’ full Terms and Conditions page in our check, so any further referral rules there (for example on promotion channels) are not covered here.
JuicyAds
The highest headline rate here, but on a narrow base: 20% of JuicyAds’ commission on referred publishers’ direct ad sales [9]. The terms describe the minimum withdrawal as “generally $25, but some payment methods have higher minimums” [9].
TrafficJunky
An advertiser referral programme paid in TJ Bonus Credits. The credits are not refundable or transferable and can only be spent on TrafficJunky [10]. It suits advertisers who already buy TrafficJunky inventory, not anyone looking for cash income.
PopCash
The publisher page advertises a “10% Referral Program” with no limits, daily payments and a $10 minimum withdrawal [11]. It does not say what the 10% is calculated on or for how long it is paid.
How to read this table
- A recurring percentage is only worth something if the people you refer actually earn. A referral who signs up and never sends traffic pays nothing.
- Check whether the programme fits your audience. A blog read by webmasters suits publisher programmes. An audience of media buyers suits advertiser programmes.
- Every number here is from October 2026. Programmes reserve the right to change terms, often without notice [3][9][10].
