Give Them Training

After the porn was shot, she came back after 3 days and requested us to not air the content. We not only returned her money but also original content. As a part of our ethical practices, we allow a cooling-off period of 5 days. Any model who intends to change her mind and discontinue her services can do so within this cooling-off period.
Give Your Models Some Time to Breathe
Porn can get really scary at times. While porn is a treat to watch, it may not be a pleasurable experience to the cast involved. When I was working as an assistant director for a reputed porn production studio, I happened to witness shocking porn shoots. A porn actress was involved in a gangbang with 25 males. The shoot lasted for 2 hours. The model was exhausted and eventually, she passed out. Gangbangs are energy-sapping pursuits. Models should be given enough time to relax and recoup.
We give a relaxation time of at-least 2 hours for a shoot which generally lasts anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes. We address all the moral and ethical hesitation with grace.
Evaluate their Content Removal Claims
Content removal claims are in-editable in the rhythms of adult entertainment industry. When models are in their late 20s or early 30s, they are generally passionate about making quick money. As a outcome, they sign-up for porn. They ditch the industry after making enough bucks. Subsequently, when they get hitched, they begin to experience moral qualms such as:
- What if my BF finds out my true identity?
- What if my new employer finds out my placement in the porn industry?
We have had a few cases in which a couple of models contacted us after 5 years and asked us to remove the content. It is a known fact that we often reply in good faith. Do not violate the norms and don’t let others violate the rules and regulations. If you happen to know any porn production studio that is in the business of child pornography, immediately report the issue to porn reporting hotlines.
Pay Them Fair
We never differentiate between male and female porn performers. Whoever the performer is, we pay him based on his / her working hours, dedication and number of hours committed. We generally follow a 5-day payment cycle. Let me explain this- if porn is shot on Monday, its corresponding payment is cleared on Friday. Again, this sits well with our 5-day cooling-off period.
Do What’s Right
Our greatest strength lies in doing what’s right. Yes, there have been a plenty of deep, dark and heart-wrenching moments. However, we never compromised on doing what’s right for the people, employees, society and nation. Our conscience has always guided us to follow this principle: Do what’s right and not what’s profitable.
No Spamming
We are often approached by third-parties to reveal the email-ids and contact numbers of our models. We do not entertain such things. Some third-parties offer us attractive packages to let go of the models’ information. Again, we reject such offers without any second thought.
Make Sense of Re-bills
Many porn sites fail to issue acknowledgment of error when it comes to re-bills. In other words, customers generally provide their credit card details so as to avail the services of subscription based porn sites. Once they get uncomfortable with the services of subscription-based porn sites, the customers intend to opt out and unsubscribe. Unfortunately, not many porn sites allow customers to do so. Re-billing is done every month and the dissatisfied customer keeps losing his / her plastic money.

Strategize on Distribution
Adult entertainment industry is huge. Its product mix ranges from normal pictures and DVDs to mobile apps.
